From North, leaving Hayward, simply take Hwy 27 South; right on Rainbow Road; travel few miles to stop sign; continue straight on Hwy County E, under the railroad bridge, and a little bit up on the left is Whispering Oaks Equine Center (big red center).  Picture below:
